How it all began

We opened the restaurant in 2023 with one goal: to make delicious, healthy food accessible in Bali. As the main product, we chose Australian crayfish, sometimes called lobster, for its similarity in taste and external beauty. Thanks to our chef's experience and sincere dedication, we have been able to develop unique recipes based on the tastes of people who come to Bali and find happiness in their favorite food.
